• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Thur 30 Sep 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 11 - 15 Nov and 21 Dec 2020 - 14 Feb 2021.
• A supplementary charge per room per night is required for the following: Fri and Sat stays Nov - Apr - £40, Sun - Thur stays May - Sep - £80, Fri & Sat stays May - Sep - £100; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Double or twin standard suite available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Breakfast is served in the Clubhouse from 7.30am to 10.30am daily.
• Free onsite parking.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children under the age of 12 can stay in the suites for a supplementary charge of £25, subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £45 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
