• Voucher is valid from Thu 10 Feb 2022 until Tue 31 May 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20  is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Early check-in 1pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Stay in a double or twin superior room.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended by a night for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 2 courses from a seasonal set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only. Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Includes a bottle of house red/white wine in your room on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink
• Children permitted. Upgrades to family rooms are required: 3 person (1 child) family room - £15, 4 person (2 children) family room - £20; payable direct.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
