• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sept 2020 until Wed 1 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 - 31 Dec 2020 and 1 Jan - 14 Feb 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. Please note, there is limited availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 3 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes £15pp dinner allowance towards main menu on the first night only; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes parking for the duration of your stay.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 2 dogs (max of 35kg per dog) are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
