• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Dec 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 30-31 Dec 2020, 1 Jan, 12-13 Feb, 13-14, 19-20 Mar 2021 and Friday's and Saturday's in April and May.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 May 2021 we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Stay in a Superior suite, 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room, which sleeps 5, for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children are permitted and included within the headcount. 0-2 year olds are free of charge and cots will be provided.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
