• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 and 1 Jan - 7 Mar 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 10 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a one bedroom apartment.
• Rooms can be upgraded for to a 2 bedroom apartment for a supplementary charge; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a 3 course dinner with a 175ml glass of wine each. Menu is subject to change. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Breakfast and dinner will be served in line with government guidelines and in the sister hotel, Holiday Inn Jesmond, next door.
• Children are included in the overall headcount. No capacity for extra beds and cots.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
