• Voucher is valid from Tue 14 Sep 2021 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Fri - Sat, 30 Sep, 24, 31 Oct and 1 Dec 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Early check-in 12noon, late check-out 2pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Includes a continental breakfast.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes complimentary water and biscuits, newspaper, 10% lunch/dinner discount in the hotel during stay and a complimentary regular Costa coffee per guest.
• A third adult can be accommodated in the room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night, including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted free of charge. Children are classed as ages 0-12 years; please discuss directly with hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
