• Sun - Thu stay: Voucher is valid from Tue 16 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Fri - Sat stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 19 Nov 2021 until Sat 26 Mar 2022, Fri - Sat. Excludes Sun - Thu and 25, 31 Dec 2021.
• Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 7 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard double, twin or accessible room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a 175ml glass of red, white or rose wine or a bottle of beer on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under. A supplementary charge of £10 per child per night is required, including breakfast; please pay directly.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per stay; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
