• Voucher is valid until Tue 30 Nov 2021; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 5 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted and are included in the head count. Family rooms accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and are available for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
