• Voucher is valid from Wed 17 Jan 2024 until Fri 31 May 2024, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Sat & Sun visit; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 15 May 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person. 
• Max of 3 vouchers per group. 
• Includes light afternoon tea from the main menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• No vegan options available.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Includes 2 hours access to the spa.
• Suitable for ages 16+.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
