• 1 x Clover Club: a century old delightfully dry and fruity spring gin cocktail
• 1 x Le Tropicale: rich juicy and tropical vodka cocktail with a dry finish
• 1 x Olive & Strawberry Margarita: a classic pure Margarita with fresh strawberry top notes and a vegetal backbone
• 1 x Dog Ear: an apple laced Bourbon Old Fashioned with a light touch
• 1 x Turbo Paloma: honeyed stone fruit with the kick of grapefruit and a lick of smokey mezcal - just add soda!
