A max of 1 child ages 12 and under permitted free of charge when sleeping on a roll-away bed. Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for £40 to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children on a B&B basis.

Do you book directly with the hotel online? How does it work in practice e.g. book online for the date you want and then input voucher code? How do the hotel know that you have Prosecco/dinner/breakfast included if only booking room?

Hi. I’m looking for some urgent help. I have bought 4 vouchers for the Crowne Plaza. I’m trying to book them for the 10 July and it will only let me book one of the vouchers for then. It is 4 couples that are going and I don’t want the availability to go.Thanking you in anticipation of your prompt assistance

I've had a look into this, but I'm afraid the 10th of July is now fully booked and we're unable to make any further bookings. I'm sorry for the disappointment this will cause.

  • 2 night stay for two with a glass of Prosecco each on arrival and 3 course dinner on the first night

    All options include parking, breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Jul 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 1: Includes a G&T each on arrival.

Options 2 & 3: Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu on the first night. Menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: sirloin steak - £5, sauce - £2.25; payable directly to hotel. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Includes a glass of Prosecco each with dinner. 

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Onsite parking is included.
