Hi just wondering if I book this how long will the voucher be honoured for? Looks pretty doubtful that hotels will be open by April the end date stated.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two including breakfast and optional 3 course dinner

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday nights; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 23 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Standard or superior double/twin room available; subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Includes a 3 course dinner from the seasonal menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: beetroot salmon gravlax - £9, lamb rump - £19, cheese selection - £5; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Please note hotels facilities may be closed due to covid-19, please check with the hotel for any updates.

Parking available off site £15 for 24 hours with 1 trip in/out; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 5’s stay and eat free when sharing a room with parents. A supplementary charge of £15 per night is required for roll-away beds for children aged 5-12 paying for meals as taken; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
