I can confirm that a max of 1 child is permitted when sharing with 1 adult, making a max of 2 people per room.

Hiya

I want to buy this for my in laws but before I buy I want to make sure they can use it for this July.

I have been on hold to the hotel for 30 minutes as I’m worried I buy it then I can’t use it, does the hotel have limited itison vouchers they can use monthly? Or if I buy it and book it then this should be no problem. Also can you tell me what room the voucher is for?

I can confirm that The Imperial Hotel Blackpool may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

General

All stays are subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays and £50 for Saturday stays; payable direct.

Parking is charged at £9 per car per night.

Online bookings.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double available. Twin rooms may be available on request;  subject to availability for a maximum occupancy of 2.

Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly.

Dinner options: includes a 3 course dinner from set menu; changes weekly. Supplements may be required on some dishes; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.

Max 1 child permitted when sharing with 1 adult. Max 2 people per room.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
