Nov - Dec

Sunday stays: Voucher is valid from Sun 6 Nov 2022 until Sun 18 Dec 2022, Sundays only. Excludes Mon - Sat stays and 25 Dec 2022.

Mon - Sat stays: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Thu 29 Dec 2022, Mon - Sat. Excludes Sundays, 5, 7-10, 12, 19, 22, 23, 26 Nov and 2, 3, 10, 17, 23-26, 30, 31 Dec 2022.

2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Thu 29 Dec 2022, 7 days. Excludes 7-10, 21, 22 Nov 2022 and 2-3, 9-10, 16-17, 24-26, 30-31 Dec 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Dec 2022.

General

All stays are subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays and £50 for Saturday stays; payable direct.

Parking is charged at £9 per car per night.

Online bookings.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double available. Twin rooms may be available on request;  subject to availability for a maximum occupancy of 2.

Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly.

Dinner options: Includes a 3 course dinner from set menu; changes weekly. Supplements may be required on some dishes; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.

Max 1 child permitted when sharing with 1 adult. Max 2 people per room.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
