I'm afraid the hotel is currently closed due to Government restrictions, and will be taking bookings from the 17th of May. If you'd like to contact them you're welcome to visit https://www.thelowryhotel.com/contact-us/, but I'm afraid I can't guarantee when they'll be able to respond.

To apply your credit at our checkout, just head to itison.com. Once you’ve found the deal you’d like, select Buy Now. You can then select 'Add a gift card, promo code or itison credit' after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.
You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows - CODE_CODE - and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.
