If this voucher is only available for 7 days, does that start from when we purchase it, or when the hotel officially opens on the 18th Oct? Not sure why we can buy it just now if it would expire before hotel opens. Thanks!

'Valid 7 days' just means that you can use your voucher all 7 days of the week within the stated validity period - 18th October 2022 until 31st Jan 2023 - subject to a supplement of £25 for Saturday night stays.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a glass of Prosecco on arrival & breakfast 

Voucher is valid from Tue 18 Oct 2022 until Tue 31 Jan 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 31 Dec 2022.

A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Jan 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Deluxe room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; subject to availability upon check-in.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 1 children permitted per room; children are classed as ages 12 and under and require a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly.

No pets permitted. 

Wheelchair access available 

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
