As you're within our 14 day cancellation period, it's no problem to refund your voucher. If you'd like a refund just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Hello! We are looking at buying multiple vouchers for a girls trip here and wondered if there is any possibility of having a room for 3 people? I can confirm dinner includes a £22pp dinner allowance valid against a set menu, subject to change. Maximum of 2 people per table.

May - Jul stays

Voucher is valid from Fri 14 May 2021 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 25 - 26 Jun.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Aug - Sep stays

Sunday stays: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Aug 2021 until Sun 26 Sep 2021, valid Sundays only; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Sat.

Mon - Sat stays: Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Aug 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, valid Mon - Sat only; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays and 28 Aug.

A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

General

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin classic room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: classic room with castle view £15, privilege room £35 or superior castle facing room £100; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes a £22pp dinner allowance valid against a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. Max of 2 people per table. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise hotel when booking. Alcohol cannot be substituted for soft drinks.
