I'm happy to let you know that the Studio Tour is suitable for all ages, however, children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 0-4 are free but do require a ticket; please discuss directly with World Choice Sports.

I can confirm that two people sharing a room will require two vouchers.

if i buy this deal does this mean 2 people can stay in the hotel and ticket for one person for harry potter or for 2 people to stay in the hotel does this mean i would have to buy for 2 people

Hotels are subject to availability and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Hi - am interested in using this voucher for a stay in November from 20th onwards but it looks like it has to be booked by Friday 30th September - this only came up today - is this right?

I'm sorry for the trouble here, I'm afraid the only option now available is December stays, which must be booked before Friday the 28th of October 2022. I can confirm the previous month's book-by dates have passed.

I'm sorry this was previously not clear, but we have now amended the website.

  • Includes a 1 or 2 nights in a 3* or 4* hotel or 3 nights in a 4* hotel for one person
  • Options to stay in July, August, September, October, November or December
  • December stays:
  • Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Dec 2022 until Tue 20 Dec 2022, Sun - Fri.
  • Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Oct 2022.
  • Hotel:
  • All stays exclude Saturdays.
  • All stays are subject to availability.
  • Room only; breakfast is not included.
  • Room rates are based on two people sharing a twin or double room; single ticket bookings are subject to a single occupancy supplement, from £50 per night. Two people sharing a room will require two vouchers.
  • Twin or double rooms available.
  • Choice of 3* hotels from: Britannia Inn Hotel, EasyHotel Shoreditch, Ibis Wembley or Premier Inn Hammersmith.
  • Choice of 4* hotels from: Hampton by Hilton Ealing, Colonnade, Aubrey Park Hotel or Hyde Park Executive Apartments.
  • Hotel is subject to availability and a first come, first served basis. You may be offered a different hotel of equal quality.
  • Studio tour:
  • Regular shuttle buses run from Watford Junction to the Studio available. Return ticket - £2.50, single ticket - £2. Please have your ticket or booking confirmation ready before boarding.
  • Tours start at 10am; final tour is at 4pm.
  • Suitable for all ages. Children aged 0-4 are free but require a ticket; please discuss directly with World Choice Sports. 
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+.
  • Only guide dogs/medical alert dogs are permitted and they require formal identification eg. relevant documentation or jacket.
  • The majority of the studio tour is suitable for wheelchairs but some areas can be difficult to navigate. For more information click here.
  • General:
  • Advance email booking required.
  • Multiple voucher purchases permitted; vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
  • Please note members must make their own way to London.
  • This trip is provided by World Choice Sports and is ABTA bonded.
  • Hotel upgrades, extended stays and check-in times can be discussed with and confirmed by World Choice Sports.
  • You will receive your tickets via email.
