Jul - Sep 2022 stay: 

Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Jul 2022 until Thu 29 Sep 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability.

Excludes Fri - Sat.

Vouchers must be booked by Fri 23 Sep (we don't want you to miss out!).

Oct - Dec 2022 stay:

Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Oct 2022 until Thu 29 Dec 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability.

Excludes Fr - Sat and 19 Oct 2022.
Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Nov 2022 (we don't want you to miss out!).
General

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Early check-in 12noon, late check-out 2pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. Prosecco may be substituted for bottle of wine if prosecco not available.

Includes complimentary water and biscuits, newspaper, 10% lunch/dinner discount in the hotel during stay and a complimentary regular Costa coffee per guest.

A third adult can be accommodated in the room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night, including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 child permitted free of charge. Children are classed as ages 0-12 years; please discuss directly with hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
