Will you refund completely if covid restrictions prevent booking

With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

- A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
- You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating
- You’ve gifted a voucher that the recipient is unable to use for the above reasons

1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 6 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Fri. Excludes Sat and 11-13 Feb 2022.

2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 6 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat and 11-13 Feb 2022.

Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Free parking available.

Please note breakfast is not included.

Children permitted; under 2s stay free, please discuss directly with hotel.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
