Afternoon tea is served 1pm - 4pm.

A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Sat and Sun bookings; payable directly. 

Voucher must be booked by Mon 12 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Over 16s only. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Groups permitted. Max 2 people; subject to availability.

Treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breast feeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa prior to booking.

Includes 2 x 25 min treatments per person plus robe and towel hire. Please note that slippers/flip flops are not provided but members are welcome to bring their own.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Facility use will be in line with government guidelines. 

Lockers require a £1 coin.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
