We have two children one is almost 13 and the other is 10 can we add them both for the additional supplement? We also have a dog to add too

I’m happy to let you know children are permitted for a supplementary charge of £20 for BB and £35 for DBB; payable directly to the hotel.

Children are classed as ages 12 and under.

A max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per night; payable directly to the hotel.

How can we ensure a Lake View room with balcony?

I can confirm rooms can be upgraded to a wonderous lake view room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night which is payable directly to the hotel.

After purchasing your voucher and making your booking, please advise the hotel you are looking for a lake view room.

Is this deal still available?! It states that voucher must be booked by 31 October 2021! We are now in January 2022!

I can confirm the October book-by date referenced in the small print is for vouchers purchased for stays in October 2021.

I can confirm this voucher has another option for November-March stays and is valid until 31st March 2022.

It’s states can be used until 31/03/2022 but the what to expect piece is for Oct/Dec 2021. Can you please clarify.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with breakfast and optional 3 course dinner OR
  • 2 or 3 night stay for two with 3 course dinner on the first night and breakfast each morning
  • Options to stay in October or November - March

October options: Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Oct 2021, 7 days. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Oct 2021.

Nov - Mar options: Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days. Excludes 24-25 and 31 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Stays are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 8 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Wonderous double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a wonderous lake view room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options include a 3 course dinner on the first night only; menu is subject to weekly change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten/wheat and dairy free options are available. 

Children are permitted for a supplementary charge of £20 for BB and £35 for DBB; payable directly to hotel. Children are classed as ages 12 and under.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
