• Voucher is valid from Sat 2 Nov 2024 until Sun 30 Mar 2025, Mon - Sat 11.30am only, Sun 10am only; subject to availability. Please arrive at least 15mins before your start time.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 18+.
• Duration approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Max of 8-10 people per group.
• Please note open toe shoes will not be permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
