Giving back

With every Elfingrove, we want to have a positive impact on the local community and help make sure as many people as possible can enjoy our world class skating experience.

Each year we donate 2000 free tickets to local schools, charities and good causes, to help make ice magic for those who might not be able to attend otherwise.

Accessibility & inclusion

It’s important to us to ensure Elfingrove is accessible for as many people as possible to enjoy – this year we are excited to introduce relaxed sessions for autistic people and anyone with additional or complex needs and a Changing Places toilet facilities over the 5th – 11th of December in addition to our disabled toilets and access.

Motorised and manual wheelchairs, and mobility scooters, are also welcome on the ice and can be booked in advance by emailing elfingrove@itison.com.

This year we have also introduced Super Off-peak skate tickets at £8 per child and £10 per adult to make Elfingrove as affordable as possible.
