Accessibility

Accessibility at GlasGLOW

We want to make GlasGLOW as accessible and inclusive as we can for our customers - if you have any access requirements or concerns that we haven't answered please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at glasglow@itison.com and we will do our very best to help.

Relaxed sessions

This year we are excited to host our first ever Relaxed Sessions at GlasGLOW. These will take place on Thu 2nd November and Mon 6th November at 5pm – these slots will have a reduced capacity and volume to create a quieter GlasGLOW experience.

Please be aware due to the nature of the show that people with certain sensory sensitivities may still find some areas overwhelming. Our sensory guide, which will be available mid-September, aims to help prepare people in advance of the event.

There will also be a quiet space available at the event for anyone who needs it.

Sensory guide

Our Sensory Guide tries to give guidance on the sights, sounds, smells and space to expect in each area - without giving away any surprises. We hope it'll be of help to our neurodiverse and neurodivergent attendees or anyone with other sensory processing difficulties who may appreciate a bit more info on what to expect before attending.

GLOW passes

Our GLOW Passes are designed to help our team know that the person wearing it may need a little more time, some space or might want to skip a zone or take an alternative route if need be.

Please contact glasglow@itison.com in advance to request a GLOW Pass. We also have a quiet space available should you need a break from the lights and sounds of GlasGLOW.
