We’ll do our best to respond quickly and try to rearrange your visit if possible. If we can’t rearrange it, you’ll receive itison credit. Your credit will be valid for a year from the date of issue, and you can use it to treat yourself to anything on itison.
Supporting businesses is vital to us, and we know how important it is to our members too. If the business you had a voucher for comes back on itison.com, we’ll let you know in case you want to use your credit with that business.
