Overall food was good but drinks service was slow and changes were made to the conditions of the voucher which meant some dishes which the voucher did not exclude were not available on the day without paying a hefty surcharge so that was disappointing.

Freezing cold veggies. Lukewarm steak and yorkshire pudding and boiling hit gravy. This is where good ideas come to die.
We were here to have the steak fondue and it was very disappointing. The service is also really poor. We waited 30 mins for drinks and 48 minutes or food. And when we advised that the veg was all freezing (and in the case of the parsnips and carrots also undercooked) we recieved no discount and were charged the full price for the freezing cold , and frankly poorly prepared, asparagus at £7. In total with the voucher we spent £50. Do not be lulled in by novelty. Plenty of better places to have a steak without all the razzmatazz!
Third time here and never been really great. First time had average mussels. Second time had a raclette fondue with frankly not enough cheese. This was the third strike. I'm out!

Visited on a Tuesday evening. Not as sunny as hoped, but the tables are in a covered and heated area with blankets if needed. Food lovely.

The main meal we had a Brel was brilliant but we had purchased the Creme egg fondue with Itison and was really disappointed. In the pictures online it looked really nice with lots of sweets etc and a milk chocolate pot to dip on which when we got was actually dark chocolate which we don’t like, only got 1 Creme egg between the 2 of us and most of the fruit was brown and soft. We left everything apart from the Creme egg and after telling the waitress we didn’t like dark chocolate she only said oh sorry about that? For £23 think it was a bit of a rip off

We had great expectations especially going by the social media account, mainly TikTok.
The venue is nowhere near as nice as it looks online, but I dare say it would be a lot better & a more of a vibe at night. It was like we sat in a make shift extension upstairs. Outside would have made a difference if we had got the weather.
Service was pretty poor. Waited ages to take out drink order, around 20mins so we ordered food at the same time. We then waited about another 40mins after that.
We ordered poutine fries which had no poutine or resembled it, charged £9 for a small plate of chips with some grated Parmesan n a drizzle of sauce. The cheese balls came with a chilli jam but instead it was an onion chutney & all the cheese had oozed out so they weren’t really up to much. The only enjoyable dish was the beetroot & was quite full of flavours. We paid around £4 for a can of juice too.
I would say if you’re looking for a good munch then go elsewhere as small portions with very little of what they describe on the menu & are over priced.
Service was poor, decor looks a whole lot different in day light. Can honestly say we were really disappointed & won’t be back!
