We felt like friends, not customers, food, and accommodation excellent. The family run business certainly know what they are doing and make any guest feel right at home.
Side comment, we found the locals very friendly too. All in all it was one of the best places we have been to.

The accommodation and food were great. The service and welcome were first class.
However, the itison deal was not the best as we ended up paying an extra £50 to get a £45 meal allowance! Not the best pricing incentive!

Warm and welcoming old Inn. Great food, very comfortable room. Obviously a popular restaurant for the local area.

We made the most of our stay but sadly it wasn’t 4 star. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was dated. It was incredibly quiet in comparison to the other pub in the village where we had a drink. We are in the restaurant and the food was nice but it was almost Emory and lacked in atmosphere. Such a shame.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff friendly and helpful, room was lovely and food delicious. One of party was coeliac, gluten free options were available and staff were obviously knowledgeable and confident about choices.

Granby inn was everything I expected. Had a meal there years ago and have wanted to go back ever since. Delighted to have found it on Itison.

The Inn itself was ok but the twin room we had, although clean was very smelly, We think it came from the bathroom, it totally put us off so we left after one night. The food was probably below average.

The room was awful and needed a really good clean. The pub was nice and we enjoyed the food.
