Our room was very comfortable and we had our grandson with us who had his own room with tv which he loved. There is so much for children to do. The only thing I would like to see changed is the swimming pools opening times.

We had a 4 night stay and found all aspects of the hotel to be well organised and acceptable. The room was up to date and spotlessly clean which was much appreciated. All the staff were pleasant and helpful from reception to dining room to the service staff. The buffet breakfast had a very good selection to include various fruit juices, fruit and yogurt, cereals, porridge, cold meats and cheese, a very good selection to choose from the hot buffet with croissants, pastries and toast with tea or coffee to finish off a hearty breakfast. Check in and check out were easy and there was plenty parking available.
This was a value for money break at the Itison voucher price.
Thank you.

I. Loved the Hotel only two small things that annoyed me In this day and age no small fridges in rooms and as I am diabetic I would have liked a fridge to keep my Insulin in.
Also we were staying Two nights and went out in morning and when we came back at night the rooms were the same way we left no room service which was disappointing.
The hotel itself was clean and tidy.

We stayed 4 nights. Our room was not cleaned during this time. No fresh cups provided - you could get tea/coffee refills at reception but no cups so cleaning them in the bathroom sink for 4 days was pretty grim, with no washing up liquid. Towels not changed- apparently you could leave them outside the room and get new ones, but this didn’t happen so we had to pick up our used towels from the corridor and use again.
The hotel was crazy busy with families and kids. Yes it was Easter so bound to be busy but the behaviour of the adults and kids was awful. Kids running and screaming still at 11.30pm while the adults drank and ignored them. Nowhere nice to sit and drink. Very few seat free as well. We did try the other bar which had no kids after 8pm, but it closed early every night and the bar staff were unwelcoming and grumpy.
We could barely use the pool as it was packed. No fan in the bathroom. Electrics were dodgy (lights went off when kettle went on). Room was boiling and the radiator stayed on despite turning it to zero.
Coffee bar wasn’t manned. Staff were busy and stressed, not approachable so didn’t want to discuss our issues with them. Too many dogs (I’m allergic). Hope and room were worn and tired.
All in all we were extremely disappointed and will not come back.

The mattress on the beds could do with getting replaced

We had another lovely experience staying here. It is our 3rd time here and we just love it! The staff are all so friendly and the food is good. The pool is great as well as the softplay. It’s great that there is live music on some days as well as other events. The only thing we would say that could be improved is the rooms could be doing with a bit of updating.

We stayed at your hotel in October with our grandson who is 5 he absolutely loves it especially the swimming pool and the flume also the play area and painting in the big hub also the fun area we didn’t notice until the day we were coming home that there’s a fantastic park at the back of the hotel so he had good fun exploring it out the only thing that I find the evening meal for a 5 year old is a bit on the pricey side at £15-99 I did speak to a member of staff and she told me that with the cost of everything now they have no choice but to charge that but like I said I really do find it a bit on the expensive side especially if you have got two or three children to feed but over all great value for money and we will be back again maybe later on in the year or next year about this time again thanks to all the pool staff as they are very friendly and helpful xx
