We had a great couple of nights away at the hotel. Our room was right on the front looking out to the water. Great room lots of space. Hotel was lovely we have stayed before & wanted to go back again. Staff where all so nice & the food etc was great. We loved the whole area even took a wee trip into oban which was less than an hour away. Can't wait to visit again.

Everything was probably better than expected, the weather was good and we were able to have lunch outside overlooking the harbour. Meals were good and the rooms were fine.

The Inverary Inn exceeded our expectations. Having eaten there many times, we finally got round to staying there. We received a warm welcome and our room was ready ahead of time. We had a lovely view of the loch and the room was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable, a decent shower and fluffy large bath towels. We ate in the lounge both nights as the food was so good and reasonably priced with Specials on each day. Breakfasts offered plenty of choices. The a la carte menu was especially good with tasty, freshly cooked choices showcasing Scottish produce. An excellent start to the day. Our only thought on improvement would be to do a longer stay, 2 days was not long enough.

We got a lovely Loch view room. Comfy bed & v clean. Bathroom needs an upgrade but was v clean & had lovely toiletries. We were lucky enough to get good weather so loved how handy we were for the local gift shops, pier & walks around the castle, up to the tower on the hill.. with the most fantastic views!

No double room available for us, but quickly resolved by giving us a triple (double & single bed) on first floor. Grateful as no lifts. Great view of loch.
Cosy, warm room. Good fluffy towels.
Plenty tea/coffee. Decent hairdryer. Flat screen tv.
Good breakfast. Buffet continental as well as cooked menu.
Dinner was ok. Staff confused as to what was included in the deal. Didn't find out till we were leaving. ( was £20 per person) Nice lounge & conservatory seating areas, as well as a bar showing sports on tv. Friendly, helpful staff. Only minor negative was the weak, tasteless coffee in the lounge. Don't know if machine needed cleaned.
Now part of the Great Western Group & looks refurbished. Enjoyable visit for 2 nights.

Having had our original booking cancelled by them we were happy to accept a bottle of prosecco by way of an apology. Our room was ideal, accessible from outside the hotel which was perfect, having our dog with us. The only drawback was that cars parked right outside the window which meant we had no view of the loch and our privacy was a bit compromised. The staff were lovely, the food was good, as was the local Fyne beer.
