We were a party of 7 and we all enjoyed our boat trip on loch Katrine. The ladies in the ticket booth were lovely and so friendly. The guys on the boat were very knowledgeable and entertaining. The Lunch kinda let it down a wee bit. We didnt get to choose our sandwich fillings, which meant there was a lot of stuff that no one wanted and not much of what some of us liked. However, it was a good day out spent with family.

We really enjoyed our trip on the boat. The captain told us so many interesting facts and stories. The fact we got to see the ospreys just topped the trip off.
The lunch after the boat trip was very nice and served by friendly and helpful staff.

The cruise went well but had to pay for parking , £4 for 4 hours at the parking ticket machine , then when I checked in at the ticket booth I was told by the staff that the parking fee was included in my itison ticket but this was not mentioned in the what to expect summary ? They were unable to refund me the fee Which was disappointing

The experience was good apart from one costly part. When we entered the car park we noticed that it said we would have to pay and display. As we had 2 cars with us we paid for 2 tickets at a cost of £8 for 4 hours. Imagine our horror when we went to register for the cruise only to be told that the car parking was part of the cruise and was included on our programme . Having checked the said leaflet we confronted the cashier and pointed out the fact that at no. Point in the leaflet did it mention this. We were then told that they could not refund the money from the machine. A total disgrace and it should be made clear to people it is included in the price.

The trip out on the Loch was Exellent and the staff were great and very entertaining compare.
The Afternoon Tea was extremely disappointing. Not offering any say in what sandwiches your served. There was finger buffet cakes from Iceland which isn't good. 1 small pot of tea which didn't fill 2 small cups. They charge £28 for 1 whole sandwich cut into 4 slices, the portion of food is equal to a £5.00 lunch in a cafe. 1 inch cakes ? They had proper sized cakes for sale but it kind of dupes anyone thinking they'd get a normal sized scone with their Afternoon Tea. Been to many places for Afternoon Tea and this is by far the poorest. Bought as a package for my friends birthday. Go on the Sir Walter Scott it's great buy save yourself on the package and just take a pack lunch.
