Boat trip was excellent, captain John was very good and plenty of interesting information about the area, a few wee jokes too. Staff at cafe very good and friendly, food very good. All in all, excellent. Would definitely recommend and would consider going back to do the 2 hour cruise.

THE WEATHER COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER BUT IT DID`NT RAIN.
ACCESS TO BOARD THE BOAT WAS A BIT DIFFICULT, AS WE BOTH HAVE KNEE PROBLEMS. THE SEATING WAS COMFORTABLE AND THE BAR SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THANKS AGAIN FOR A LOVELY EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL BE BACK TO LOCH KATRINE AGAIN SOON.

Gorgeous part of Scotland. Stunning scenery. We were fortunate that it was glorious sunshine, which really made the trip.
I felt that the cafe needed more staff. The staff who were there were very good, but under pressure with the volume of visitors. Also the stairs up to the cafe need improving. Not a great entrance. A lick of paint and a good clean would help.
Staff on the boat were very good and knowledgeable.

Access in & out of the Lady of the Lake was awkward for a few passengers. The commentary was begun in Gaelic - totally unnecessary given how few Scots & tourists have any knowledge. Some of the commentary, which covered almost the whole sail, was a bit trivial.
All members of staff we encountered - in the office, on the boat & in the café were efficient, pleasant, polite & welcoming.
