Very easy to find and warmly welcomed. On check in we were lucky to be upgraded which was lovely. Room was nice and well appointed. Loved the toiletries in the bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though there was no breakfast room. We had a breakfast bag delivered which was great. Will definitely return

Received an email after room booked to say breakfast sent to room only due to work being done in kitchen. Only one of us ate it, not even butter or jam for crossiant. The loft room slopes also very kff putting.

Yes what we expected and more. The only downside was the 2 days we were there they were working in the restaurant so it was a continental breakfast in the room not anyone’s fault. Look forward to going back when work finished.

Hotel Indigo is an excellent hotel with all the facilities you need. Rooms were well equipped and decorated. Bed was comfortable and sheets were crisp. Great shower! The staff were friendly and welcoming.
However, the boxed breakfast in our room was of a poor standard. We understood that the breakfast room was being refurbished but there were no alternative options of a suitable standard offered, such as breakfast in a nearby sister hotel. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment of our stay.

Breakfasts anything you could want. Staff very mannerable and helpful. Room first class .Good value for voucher would gladly go back there again. Ideally situated for shops, restaurants, theatres. Edinburgh castle and transport (bus/tram)
Bar area needing a wee upgrade but believe this being carried out in the very near future

Having stayed here a few times is testament to how I rate this hotel. Always happy to stay here, and as usual, didn't disappoint me. The staff are lovely, and very helpful. The hotel is very well situated for St James' Quarter, and The Playhouse.
