Rooms are very clean & beds are comfy

Rooms weren’t as expected. The beds were not made up properly, very unprofessional. The beds themselves were lumpy & very uncomfortable.

Have had good stays before but this time a lot of minor things.. minor problems with room. Long long wait for food to arrive at my table.

I stayed with my daughter and her young baby. While all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, the place itself was in need of an upgrade. Prior to checking out in the morning when passing other rooms, we noticed that other bedrooms had carpets. Ours had a hard, laminate floor, which could have been cleaner.
The food at both dinner and breakfast was very poor. Having read so many positive reviews in advance of our visit, we were left feeling very disappointed about our own experience.

Great location for exploring west coast eg Culzean. Safe parking. Modern hotel, very nice entry and reception area. Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds, good lighting, nice toiletries, excellent shower.
Dinner at night was very good. Breakfast was a bit of chaos (9am) Had to queue for a table. Not enough staff to clear tables and replenish food. Go early would be my advice.
Particular thanks for excellent service from Claire and Jerson at reception.

2nd time staying and not disappointed. All staff are polite,friendly and helpful.
Upgraded room was beautiful.
Set menu could have more choices.

We could not fault this hotel rooms were very comfortable the staff 👌 food very good. We have no complaints.
