You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Facials are not suitable for anyone who is undergoing or receiving treatments for skin conditions.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Option 1 duration: approx. 30 mins + scalp massage.
Option 2 duration: approx. 60 mins + scalp massage.
Option 3 duration: approx. 45 mins + scalp massage + 15 min facial.
Option 4 duration: approx. 60 min massage + scalp massage + 15 min facial.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
