We had a lovely two night stay at Banff Springs Hotel.
The staff were amazing as was the food.

From our check in to check out we were made to feel very welcome. Dinner was lovely and room very comfortable. Some redecorating was taking place but didn't affect us at all. A great visit and would strongly recommend.

Good food. Comfortable and warm. Attentive staff. It was as good as we expected for a reputable hotel. Re-installing the net curtains in the rooms facing houses would perhaps be useful.
