The hotel was fine. The food was generally very good. Unfortunately, there was no heating or hot water. The hotel did not inform us when we checked in. They only said anything when we asked.
The room was cold. We had no hot water. We had no choice but to leave a day early.
We are still awaiting communication from the hotel on any “compensation”

On arrival for a 2 days stay with 2 friends. Heating and hot water broken down. Boil kettle for a Torry wash. Wasn't the best of experiences

Absolutely terrible, no heating in the entire hotel, we should have been advised of this at check in, we only found this out after we had booked in as the room was freezing and we tried to put the heating on, we went to the reception to be told there was no heating throughout the hotel, total waste of our money as we couldn’t enjoy the stay due to how cold the hotel was. Won’t be back

No hot water or CH during our two night stay due to faulty boiler. No complimentary drinks or no other kind of gestures made from management. Was told conflicting stories from members of staff as to how long this had been a problem before our stay.
Single quilt put on a small double bed. Bedroom floor hadn’t been vacuumed. Kirby grips found in carpet. Windows not closing properly. No one at reception when checking out , avoiding complaints no doubt. Staff very nice but no sign of management considering they were still functioning as a hotel despite the issues. These things do happen , boilers do go wrong , BUT you need to get the management to explain things properly and do their best to make your stay more welcoming , or pre warn the guests , giving them the choice whether to re book if they so choose

Waiting staff were good and food ok, no heating or hot water during our stay on 24 & 25 march and no manager on site, I would advise itison to stop selling vouchers for here and give all of their customers a refund that were effected by this. No one at the hotel gave any form of apology.

The hotel was freezing their heating system broke down and they did very little to elieviate the situation and no show of compensation.

It really was a big dissapointment.my wife and I have had a good few of the vouchers from you and groupon and most times the hotel is good value but for £80 the room was tiny with a toilet u could barely even fit inside.the breakfast was cold and not the best and just overall very disappointing as it was a gift for my wife’s birthday
